I had them install our playset last week, and I thought the whole thing went really smoothly. The guys showed up right when they said they would, worked quickly, and even cleaned up all the boxes afterward. My kids were already playing on it that same afternoon, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I’m really happy with how easy the whole process was.

It didn’t really feel worth the price to me. On top of that, I kept having to go through verification more than once, which got annoying fast. Just not the best experience overall

It does feel safe when using it, so I’ll give it that. But i don’t have much patience for parts wearing out sooner than they should, and that’s exactly what happened here. It’s decent, but the durability could definitely be better.

I had a really good experience with Big Toys Green Country. I came in with a bunch of questions, and the staff actually seemed to know what they were talking about instead of just giving random answers.

On top of that, I had to type my details in twice, which is one of those things that doesn’t sound like a huge deal until you’re already irritated. I eventually just gave up because the whole thing felt clunky and frustrating. Definitely not a smooth buying experience...

They got back to me fast and actually kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated

I got approved fast, checkout was simple, it just helped us get it now instead of having to wait.

My order was all good, nothing weird with it. The toy showed up like I thought it would, and my kid has been really liking it a lot, so yeah, happy with it.

I’m really happy with how the playset turned out. my main worry was the assembly, but I did my usual quick checks, does anything wobble, are there weird gaps, does it look straight, and it passed all of that right away. Everything feels tight and solid, like they actually took their time putting it together. The kids have already been all over it, and it still feels sturdy, so that’s good enough proof for me. Glad we went with it...

The toy looked like it would be really fun, and my kid was excited about it at first. But the parts felt cheap right out of the box, and one piece ended up cracking after just a few days. It’s not even about it being perfect or super fancy, I just expected it to hold up a little better...

They did eventually answer my questions by the next day, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but it felt a bit slow in the moment. Overall, it was fine — not terrible, not amazing, just average for me
